Some flavours may contain naturally occurring caffeine from ingredients like green tea. We’ll always list it clearly.

Is CULTURED vegan & gluten-free?
Yep. All our drinks are 100% vegan, gluten-free, and free from artificial sweeteners or colours.

Can I drink CULTURED if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
No - due to adaptogens, botanicals, and alcohol in some blends. Best to check with your doctor first.

Is it organic?
Most of our ingredients are organic or naturally sourced. We're here for clean, conscious sipping.

How much alcohol is in Buzzed Elixirs?
Around 5% ABV - like a light beer or hard kombucha. Not for under 18s.

Can I return or exchange CULTURED?Because it's a perishable product, we can’t accept returns - but if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

How to keep it fresh and functional.

Does CULTURED need to be refrigerated?
Yes - always. Our drinks contain live cultures (aka probiotics) and natural ingredients that stay freshest when cold. Think of it like skincare for your gut: keep it chilled for max effect.

How long does it stay fresh?
Unopened and refrigerated, CULTURED stays fresh for up to 6 months. Once opened, drink within 3–5 days for best taste and benefits.
